QuickBooks access is disconnected.

BusinessMeld no longer has active access to read newer QuickBooks Online data.

What this means

BusinessMeld cannot read newer QuickBooks data after access is disconnected. Existing projections may remain visible only as historical evidence and must not be treated as a current accounting conclusion.

Disconnecting BusinessMeld does not delete or change accounting records in QuickBooks. QuickBooks remains the accounting authority, and all accounting work continues there.

Reconnect through the governed connection path

  1. Open BusinessMeld in Power Apps with an authorized Digital Meld account.
  2. Open Integrations and review the QuickBooks source boundary and current exception.
  3. Ask an authorized Digital Meld Power Platform owner to restore the approved QuickBooks connection. Do not share a client secret, refresh token, or password in a Decision Item or support message.
  4. Request a bounded read-only reconciliation and wait for current checkpoint, run, and projection evidence before relying on Finance or Mission Control.

Need help?

An authorized Digital Meld team member can contact contact@digitalmeld.io. Identify BusinessMeld and the QuickBooks connection state, but do not send credentials or secret values.
